Private Coaching

Ranging from fundamental basics to advanced techniques in resistance, cardiorespiratory, mobility, and general nutrition we can help.

We can also help you improve your skills to sport-specific exercises and recovery.

You get to create the vision; we model and blueprint the path forward. 

Come be a part of an environment without the noise, traffic, and ego where we grow and challenge one another.

The first week is free to new customers (includes 1 consultation and 2 one-on-one coaching sessions).

After the first week all rates for personal training are $50 per hour. Use Private Coaching button to book session.

 Take advantage of our $320 monthly package (includes 8 individual sessions and access to the gym). Using Gym Time button to book personal gym time.

Group Classes

Feeling reluctant to try exercising in a one-on-one format?  Then the group classes may be a great option for you!

Grab a friend or family member and join us in an enriching experience dedicated to transforming the way we think and respond to physical movement.

Each group class will take an optional course of action based on a wide array of census and input from participants and has the potential to change and evolve on a weekly rotation.

The Embolden approach is to explore all avenues from tried-and-true methodology to alternative breakthroughs in the field of exercise.

The goal is to train the mind as well as the body holistically in a comfortable, fun, and energetic atmosphere.
